Welcome to Inner World Studio, featuring the Portrait, Fantasy /Gothic Art of Kim L Blasio.

Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Kim attended the Buffalo Academy for the Visual & Performing Arts as a Music (Voice) major, but also enjoyed participating in the visual arts as well and practiced doing charcoal & pencil sketches in her spare time.

In 1988, she moved to Southwestern Arizona and has lived there ever since, except for a few years living in the beautiful suburbs of San Diego.

Shortly after signing onto the internet, she met & befriended award-winning Canadian equestrian artist, Sheri Gordon, who served as a catalyst for Kim by sparking her interest once again in the visual arts. Sheri, who is also a self-taught artist, graciously shared many of her techniques with Kim, helping to give her the confidence to try and make her drawings more than just a hobby.

Since then, she has sold her original portraits & fantasy art primarily through ebay auctions & internet websites.

Kim's other interests include various forms of alternative healing. She is certified & fully attuned to the master level of Reiki & Seichim, and is currently taking video based courses in EFT, which is a variation of Thought Field Therapy.
